QiuDisplayTerms of Use
These terms cover QiuDisplay for iPad (App Store) and QiuDisplay for Mac (downloaded from this website), made by QiuSpan (“we”).
QiuDisplay for iPad
QiuDisplay for iPad is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). These terms add product-specific information and do not replace the Standard EULA.
Purchases and subscriptions
- Purchases are made through the App Store and handled by Apple. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy.
- QiuDisplay Full Access is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription, or as a one-time Lifetime purchase. All plans unlock the same features.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
- Eligible new subscribers may receive a free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings, or in QiuDisplay under Settings → QiuDisplay Full Access → Manage Subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies: reportaproblem.apple.com.
QiuDisplay for Mac
QiuDisplay for Mac is free. You may install and use it on Macs you own or control, to use your own iPads as displays. Please download it only from this website; copies from other sources may have been modified. Do not modify, resell or redistribute it.
Acceptable use
Use QiuDisplay only with devices you own or are allowed to use, and in accordance with applicable laws.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, QiuDisplay for Mac is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use. For QiuDisplay for iPad, the warranty and liability terms of the Standard EULA apply. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
